PAI Consulting Group is a dynamic, medium sized consultancy helping clients unlock the full potential of their land and development projects since 2017. With three offices across the country, our 20+ person team brings the energy, experience, and technical expertise needed to deliver fast, cost-effective results.

THE COMPANY
PAI Consulting Group was formed in 2025 through the merger of two well-established firms: EPS Consulting Group and Dreamcast Structures, uniting a shared passion, vision, and commitment to excellence. EPS Consulting Group, founded by Lucy Wang, Tony Xu, and Jian Chen, built its reputation in Planning and Civil Engineering, while Dreamcast Structures, led by Tom Shen and Leo Bai, specialised in Structural and Geotechnical Engineering. Together, we bring decades of combined expertise under one banner, driven by the same goal: to build a trusted, reputable brand known for delivering smart, reliable, and innovative solutions across New Zealand’s development landscape.
